Warranty/Returns
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@golfcaddypros.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds, Warranties:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Returns:
We accept returns within 15-30 days of invoice depending on the manufacturer's policy for a refund minus 30% restocking fee plus shipping & handling fees. If the product is in new, unused condition in its original packaging, only round trip shipping fees and handling fees (credit card processing and administrative fees, etc.) will be deducted. The condition of the product will be verified by the manufacturer's technician prior to refund issuance.
What is covered?
Any defect in material and workmanship resulting from personal, normal use in accordance with the owner’s manual.
For how long?
One to Two years depending on Manufacturer from the day of purchase for caddy, caddy parts, battery and electronics. Caddy accessories are usually covered under this warranty for 90 days.
Who gets the warranty?
The warranty is nontransferable and limited to the person who originally purchased the product.
Geographic scope:
All warranties are only covered in the United States and only applies to original products purchased in the United States. International shipping cost for product, parts or repair services exported from the country of original purchase are not covered by warranty.
LIMITATIONS & LIABILITY: IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY ARE LIMITED TO ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. WE WILL NOT PAY FOR: LOSS OF USE OF YOUR PRODUCT OR PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED BY YOUR GOLF TROLLEY PRODUCT OR ITS FAILURE TO WORK; ANY SPECIAL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PERFORMANCE OR FAILURE TO PERFORM UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, OR FROM THE FURNISHING, PERFORMANCE OR USE OF ANY GOODS OR SERVICE SOLD PURSUANT HERETO, WHETHER DUE TO A BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, MISUSE OR MODIFICATION OF THE PRODUCT OR OTHERWISE NEITHER YOU NOR SPACOM SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO THE OTHER FOR INDIRECT OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN.
What we will do:
If your caddy or any parts thereof are defective under the terms and definitions of this warranty, we will send you replacement parts, repair it or, at our discretion, replace it at no charge to you. Refunds may be issued only according to the Manufacturer's current return policy in the Terms & Conditions.
Golf Caddy Pros adheres to the manufacturer's return policy and will honor accordingly.
Bat Caddy:
Bat-Caddy products may be returned by Customer in accordance with Bat-Caddy's "Return Policy" in effect on the date of the invoice. Unused items in new condition and in original packaging only may be returned for within 30 days of receipt of product, excluding shipping and handling charges. Customer is fully responsible for shipping cost of returned items. Please contact us at 1-800-816-6489 or sales@golfcaddypros.com with an order number and reason for the return before shipping the item back. All returns must have an assigned Return Authorization number (usually the original order number) clearly written on the outside label to be accepted. For used caddies they can be returned for up to 30 days after the original purchase date but subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the original purchase price (depending on condition), excl. shipping & handling charges applies. Customer is fully responsible to cover original and return shipping and insurance charges. Product must be returned in its original packaging, including Styrofoam cushioning to protect from transportation damage. Charges for the supply of replacement packaging will apply. No Returns accepted after 30 days from the date of invoice.
How to get warranty service?
To get warranty service for your trolley you must contact one of Bat-Caddy's Service & Support Centers and provide proof of date and place of purchase of the product. At our discretion we will provide one of the following Warranty services:
- Do-It-Yourself Service: Call a Bat-Caddy Service Center to diagnose the problem and make arrangements to get appropriate replacement parts.
- Bat-Caddy Shop Service: If repair cannot be reasonably easy performed by customer, we will return your caddy or the defective parts in question to one of our Service Centers and repair or replace them at our expense.
- 3rd Party Shop Service: In certain cases repairs might be performed faster and more cost effective by a local 3rd party mechanic or repair shop, and Bat-Caddy might choose such services at our discretion. In such cases Bat-Caddy will reimburse reasonable repair cost.
For warranty services you must retain the original packing material in the event you need to ship your product back to one of our Service Centers. Charges for replacement packaging and shipping of such will apply.
Upon contacting a Bat-Caddy Service Center, they will determine the appropriate service option under this warranty.
What this warranty does not cover:
This warranty does not cover wear parts, such as rubber tire treads or remote control batteries. The warranty does not cover any defects resulting from accidents, damage while in transit to our service locations, or damage resulting from alterations, misuse or abuse, lack of proper maintenance, water damage due to hosing down or power washing product or submerged contact with water hazards, lakes or other water bodies, any loss of control of the unit resulting in equipment or consequential damage, unauthorized repair or modifications of the product, affixing any attachment not provided with the product, overloading of the product, fire, flood, or acts of God, or failure to follow the instructions in the Owner’s manual. This warranty also does not cover any international shipping cost or foreign repair services due to exportation of the cart from the country of original purchase.
This warranty is the only one we will give on your product, and it sets forth all our responsibilities regarding your product. There are no other express warranties! Please read our legal notice and terms and conditions at www.batcaddy.com as they may contain additional regulations and legal obligations or restrictions between the parties.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary under local and State law.
Powakaddy:
All Powakaddy electric carts have a two-year warranty on parts and labor. The lithium battery comes with a 5-year prorated warranty. The battery if fully covered the first 2 years and then is prorated for 50% replacement cost in the 3rd year, 75% in the 4th year, and 85% in the 5th. Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less credit card fees and shipping and handling if the below criteria have been met:
- Product must be in original package unused
- Product is returned at customer’s expense
- Customer provides proof of purchase
- If it has been determined that the product has been used there will be an additional 25% restocking fee
- Once the product has been returned to Golf Sellers Direct we will determine if the above criteria have been met. At that time, a refund will be issued minus any fees incurred.
Golf Caddie Pros is not responsible for any damages to the product during return shipping. Special ordered products are not returnable. No returns after 30 days of purchase.

No returns after 30 days of purchase
Motocaddy:
The trolley and charger are covered by a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse or misuse (as set out in the relevant manual) or commercial use is not covered. Motocaddy batteries are covered by a separate warranty (6 month lead acid / 24 month lithium) and can be registered using the "Battery Warranty Card" or online using our warranty registration form.
The standard Motocaddy warranty only covers purchases made in America and use of the trolley, battery and charger in America. If you encounter a problem with your trolley, battery or charger within the warranty period, please contact the place of purchase to allow us to rectify the problem as soon as possible. In the unlikely event you need to make a claim you must provide your proof of purchase so please ensure this is retained.
If we diagnose that you require a spare part, we will send it to you by first class post with easy to follow fitting instructions. Failing which we will collect, repair (if possible) and return the faulty product (or its replacement) at our cost (in the case of a faulty trolley, this must be in its original packaging). If the fault is not covered by these warranty conditions, you will be liable for the courier and admin charges plus the costs of parts and labour. A repair will normally be carried out but in the unlikely event that the trolley, battery or charger cannot be fixed, a replacement will be given. Any repairs or replacements made without charge do not carry a new warranty beyond that of the original purchase.
The warranties contained herein are offered as an extra benefit and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Motocaddy Lithium Warranty (valid for sales from 01/01/12)
The Motocaddy battery and charger are both covered by a full 24 month warranty from the date of purchase. In addition to the standard 24 month warranty Motocaddy now offers a 5 year limited warranty (additional 3 years) on the battery (this excludes the charger). In order to qualify for the 5 year limited warranty please register your warranty online or using the relevant warranty registration card.
If your product should fail during the 3rd year of ownership Motocaddy will offer you a brand new replacement for 50% of the purchase price of the product. Year 4, 70% of the listed purchase price and year 5, 85% of the listed purchase price. Any purchased product will come with a new 5 year warranty.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse or misuse or commercial use is not covered.
Any repairs or replacements made without charge do not carry a new warranty beyond that of the original purchase. The warranties contained herein are offered as an extra benefit and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We reserve the right to request a proof of purchase.
Motocaddy Lithium Batteries are subject to the standard Motocaddy warranty terms and conditions.
Previous S-Series Models (pre 2010)
The trolley, battery and charger are covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse or misuse (as set out in the relevant manual) or commercial use is not covered.
The standard Motocaddy warranty only covers purchases made in America and use of the trolley, battery and charger in America. If you encounter a problem with your trolley, battery or charger within the first 12 months, please contact the place of purchase to allow us to rectify the problem as soon as possible.

- Product is returned at customer’s expense
- Customer provides proof of purchase

Caddytrek:1 Year Warranty
MGI:
MGI offers a 2 year manufacturer warranty on manufacturing defects of all parts including lithium battery & charger. Please refer to the online user manual for all terms & conditions. As part of our strong commitment to our customers MGI offers:
- Warranty spare parts delivered at no charge and comprehensive DIY videos
- In certain circumstances authority will be given to send the cart to our preferred service center for repair freight free. The cart is expected to be sent in its original carton.
Spitzer:
Warranty Coverage: SPITZER warrants to the original purchaser of all SPITZER products that if any Cart (Remote or Electric or Manual) or Range Finders or any part thereof proves to be defective within 1 Year from the date of purchase, it will be repaired or replaced ( at Company discretion ), without charge to the owner. Warranty coverage applies to only purchases through spitzerproducts.com or spitzergolf.com websites. Any other retail outlets through which a SPITZER product item is purchased from will have its own applicable warranty coverage details and will not apply to products purchased from this website. |

1 Year Warranty
Caddytek:
CaddyTek Inc. warrants its products to be free of defects and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. We will either repair or replace defective products at their discretion. Normal wear and fading of products are not considered manufacturer's defect. This warranty does not apply to claim of damage to items used in connection with CaddyTek Inc. products. In the case of deterioration due to normal use we will repair the item for a normal charge. CaddyTek Inc. is the sole judge of any claim or warranty. For customers in North America, please contact CaddyTek Inc. for the service.
