• MGI offers a 3-year manufacturer warranty on manufacturing defects of all parts including lithium battery & charger (must register within the first 30 days of purchase; otherwise, warranty will be 2 years). Please refer to the online user manual for all terms & conditions. We advise customer to keep the original carton/packaging for an extended period of time.

Any warranty covering products sold by golfcaddypros.com is the warranty provided by the manufacturer/distributor of those products. We typically follow the manufacturer’s warranty, but we reserve the right to exercise golfcaddypros.com’s general return policy below. The materials on, and the operation of, this site are provided “As Is” without any express or implied warranty of any kind including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property, or fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shall golfcaddypros.com or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or products on this site.

• Within 30 days of purchase, if a customer has a change of mind the cart can be returned so long as:
  • The cart is completely unused and brand new
  • It is in original packaging
  • The owner pays the return 
  • A return authority is obtained from MGI Golf
• Within 30 days of purchase, customers can return a used cart providing:
  • A return authority is obtained from MGI Golf
  • Cart is in original packaging
  • The owner pays the return freight 
  • 30% restocking fee applies (of the full retail price)

The cart will be returned to Distributor/Manufacturer's warehouse and inspected by their personnel. Once we receive the return paperwork along with the condition of the unit, we will issue a refund net of fees above.

No cancellations on special order items once the order has been placed. Order cancellations on select products prior to shipment may result in handling & credit card processing fee of 3% which will be deducted from the refund. 

Preowned/Refurbished Units:

Within 30 days of purchase, the owners can return a pre-owned or refurbished unit via the following:

1. A return authority is obtained first from Golf Caddy Pros/MGI
2. It is in the original packaging
3. Customer pays the return freight
4. Up to 30% restocking fee applies of the purchase price

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@golfcaddypros.com.

We try very hard to ensure that we offer the best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us, we will try our best to match it.

Our Price Match must follow the rules below:

• The comparison must be apple to apples, including free accessories offers, etc.
• Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
• The item must be in stock on the competitor's website
• The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
• The website cannot be a discounter or auction website (i.e., eBay, Walmart, Overstock, Amazon, etc.)
• The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question
• The Price Match includes the item price and the shipping charges

Many of our promotions are dictated by each brand or manufacturer for specified periods only.  Often times, the promotions are limited to specific quantities while supplies last.  Unfortunately, we are unable to retroactively discount for items already shipped.  We also incur higher cost of goods sold and do not recoup from manufacturers.
